At Blackbird Mountain Guides, we stand by the quality of our mountain-ready apparel and offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether you need a different size or a different style for your next expedition, we make the exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
